He also has been a principal investigator and co-investigator for over 180 clinical trials , and his publications and research area is with focus on mental health issues such as: depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Dr Koenig is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Associate Professor of Medicine at Duke University School Of Medicine, Durham, North Carolina. He is also the director of the Duke’s Center for Spirituality, Theology and Health. Dr Koenig’s research and publications focuses on the connection between mental disorders, health and religion. He is also Author of many books such as : “The healing Power of Faith”.

Interview with: Donna L. Londino, MD

Topic: “Epidemiology and Presentation of Depression, Warning Signs of Suicide, and Hospitalization in Teens”. 

Dr. Donna Londino is a Professor in the Division of Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychiatry at Augusta University in Georgia. She is also Medical Director of  Inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services. She is involved in research of psychopharmacologic treatment of  mental health disorders in the pediatric population.

Dr. Sheftall, is a principal investigator in the Center for Suicide Prevention and Research at the Abigail Wexner Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Her publications and her research is with focus on vulnerability factors associated with suicidal behavior in young children.
